VSAS = 'Very Special ARTery Supporters'
Sam and Jenny Pfeifer have been avid ARTery
supporters from the start. Sam is a retired Qwest
executive but doesn't mind being mistaken for the
janitor at First Central Congregational UCC, where
he and Jenny spend much of their time volunteering.
They even operate the church's Evergreen Thrift
Store (W-Th 10 a.m.-2 p.m. & Sat 10 a.m.-1 p.m).
They lend a helping hand any time there's an ARTery
event at First Central, and you’ll see them at every
ARTery fundraiser, too. The Pfeifers are among our
pfavorite supporters. Thanks, Sam and Jenny!

Marian Fey and Michele Patterson were trained in New York this
fall as Dulaine Method Senior Teaching Artists. This is an
important step toward an ARTery role in training and mentoring
other Dancing Classroom sites.
Teaching artists and educators Michele
Patterson and Carol Burk, as ARTery
Liaisons, are helping artistic director
Marian Fey coordinate Dancing
Classrooms details.
